Delete your account

How it works

1. Log in with your Slime ID below.
2. Enter your password and confirm.
3. If you don't pay for a Brain, your account is deleted straight away. If you have a paid Brain, a subscription or an organization, we cancel and remove them for you and delete the account within 30 days, then confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email address and password.
• Every sign-in on your browsers, Membranes and tablets. They are signed out.
• Your saved Brains, including the Windows sign-in stored for a paid Brain.
• Your organization memberships and invitations.
• Your order history on slimeos.com.
• For a paid Brain: the cloud computer itself and everything on it, and its link to our relay.

What we keep

• Payment records held by Stripe, our payment processor, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Feedback and crash reports you chose to send. They were never linked to your account and had personal details removed before they were stored.

Settings stored on your own devices (the app PIN, pairing and saved Brains) stay there until you choose Reset in the app or uninstall it. See our privacy policy for details.
